Mary is a Qualified Nurse who worked for many years in A&E Nursing before retiring and starting to work part time as a GP Practice Nurse. She has had an interest for a number of years in the benefits of Complementary therapies in helping maintain a healthy life for as long as possible. This led to her undertaking a course in Reflexology and other associated therapies – Indian Head Massage, Reflexology for Intellectual Difficulties, Oncology and Fertility. She is also qualified in Hopi Ear Candling and is currently studying Holistic Massage and Aromatherapy Massage.

Catherine’s background is in Insurance. She worked and travelled for over 8 years to Dublin. As a result of travel and computer work she had to avail of complementary therapies on a regular basis from which she benefited greatly. This led her to research the area of Complimentary Therapies. She has also undertaken a course in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling as well as Reflexology for Intellectual Difficulties, Oncology and Fertility. She too is currently studying Holistic Massage and Aromatherapy Massage.
